There is one for every day of the week and it&#8217;s the EASIEST way I have found to get a healthy, well-balanced breakfast &#8211; every day, without thinking, in less than 3 minutes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/www.itmaybemenopause.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/breakfast_jars.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-397\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.itmaybemenopause.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/breakfast_jars.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.itmaybemenopause.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/breakfast_jars-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.itmaybemenopause.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/breakfast_jars-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.itmaybemenopause.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/breakfast_jars-600x600.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.itmaybemenopause.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/breakfast_jars-75x75.jpg 75w, https:\/\/www.itmaybemenopause.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/breakfast_jars-380x380.jpg 380w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I simply shake the jar. Dump it into a bowl. Cover it with water. Microwave for 1-1\/2 minutes. (You can also cover with boiling water and let sit for 4-5 minutes. Same result.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From there, I stir in some soy milk (could be any choice of nut milks that you prefer), top with frozen blueberries and voila! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s packed with healthy fats and carbs, plus lots of protein!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each jar contains:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1\/4 cup of steel cut oats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp ground flax seed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp chia seeds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp hemp seeds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp cinnamon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tbsp pumpkin seeds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5-6 raw almonds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3-4 raw walnuts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp goji berries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This gives me lots of slow-burning energy, sets my metabolism up for the day and it&#8217;s tasty and satisfying!
